High Desert Ford is seeking a motivated BDC Internet Sales Representative to join our team in Victorville, CA. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; provide vehicle information and pricing; nurture leads through consistent follow-up.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to internet leads, address customer questions and concerns, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, maintain customer records, and support paperwork processing.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an hourly wage plus commission for every appointment that results in a customer visit. Additional bonuses are available for achieving appointment show goals. High Desert Ford also supports career growth in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, including CRM systems and communication platforms.
  • Organized and detail-oriented in managing leads, appointments, and administrative tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and energy to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Prior internet sales experience and automotive knowledge are a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
